The Best Feeling!

My volleyball team got 1st place in our league tonight! We are the league champions!

Oh wait. That was a great feeling. But something topped that today hands down. Don't get me wrong, very fun team, we played well, worked hard and came out on top. It was awesome!

The BEST feeling today was GRAYSON riding his bike without training wheels!  We've worked on it a couple of times, but today he just got it! I just give him a little push and he's off. He ran into a few bushes now and then and just kept getting back on and wanting to go more. I am so proud of him. I was screaming and clapping and jumping up and down the first time he went 30 ft. It was great. The neighbors probably thought I was crazy.

Winning is great, but watching my son succeed brings me joy, delight, and a feeling of excitement. Love it.

The little man

My baby turned 4 on Wednesday! I can't believe how fast time flies.

Grayson brings so much happiness to our lives. He is fun to be around and is so full of energy and life. He gets a little crazy sometimes, but he has a very soft heart and can be very tender. He is good at making friends and loves being around other kids. He loves his sister and they have been playing together very well lately. They still fight and make eachother crazy, but they miss eachother if they're apart and they have so much fun together.

For Grayson's birthday this year I decided to teach him how to ski. It was quite a challenge at first, but with perserverance and a lot of patience he can go down the bunny hill by himself. He can turn left and right and stop. And if he's going to fast to stop he knows how to fall sideways. I'm really looking forward to taking him again sometime soon to reinforce all he learned.



On the way home from skiing. He fell asleep like 2 seconds after we got in the car!

We ended up having birthday festivities at Winger's because I didn't want to have to deal with the cleanup!

The party kind of stressed me out, so next year I'm going to be a little more prepared. But I would like to start a tradition of taking him skiiing every year on his birthday... it was really fun!

Love and the boat show

 We have gone to the boat show every year since I can remember. One of the things I look forward to the most is the Dip n' Dots. I told Grayson that its fairy poop. He still ate it:)

 Any boat that is red is Grayson's favorite. Madison just loved to sit and 'drive' all the boats.

 the first time I did Madison's hair in 2 braids. Yay! I have done it since and usually have to bribe her with something to get her to hold still.

 Madison has been acquiring quite a lot of babies. Here is a picture of her right before bed. They all end up on the floor by the next morning, but she loves them while they're in there:)

 Bri took some 4 year old pictures of Grayson for me. This is just a practice that I took. Bri's pics will be coming! His hair is cute and shaggy and long.... then

My Baby Girl

The other day we had Madison throw her binki in the garbage. She said bye bye to it and only cried about it a little bit. She's doing great with out it but still asks about for it once in a while she wakes up. She calls it her bee-duh. It's so cute. Anyway I had a little emotional breakdown because no more binki makes it feel like she's not a baby anymore. Time sure is going by fast. I'm sure crazy about this girl. She's growin up too fast!
