Turns out...

Dylan is 8 months old today and not as fat as everyone seems to think!I just weighed and measured him and here are his stats...

21.6lbs -75th percentile
28.75inches - 76th percentile

So yes he's chubby but certainly not the chubbiest:)

He has 5 teeth! The 2 on the bottom have grown in all the way and the 3 on the top are about half way. He's happy 90% of the time, he talks and squeals and yells and spits. He eats like a champ, when I feed him baby food I can't seem to get it in his mouth fast enough.
He sleeps really well. Morning nap (about 45min) then an afternoon nap (2-2.5hrs) then he goes to bed around 8 wakes up to eat at 6am then goes back to sleep until 8.
He is pretty close to crawling, rolls all over the place and loves his johnny jumper and excersaucer. He stands up next to things and has gotten the hang of keeping his balance so he doesn't tip over too often.

He does this thing where he gets on all fours then goes up on his tippy toes. He's practicing yoga... downward dog!

A little bit of April

 We said farewell to Dan for a few weeks

 We celebrated Easter...

Got a new baby backpack for all the hicking we'll be doing this summer (not to mention it saves my back when we go on our daily walks -little chunk face is too heavy for the bjorn these days)

 And we celebrated HER birthday! I can't believe my baby girl is 3!

 She is way more girly than I ever thought she would be.

 She got a few low key presents

And I made her a cake I never thought I would.
Madison is sweet and sassy. She is so girly and loves princesses and babies and pink and loves getting her nails painted but on the other hand she is tough -she can hold her own with Grayson anyday. They wrestle and fight and when Grayson teases her she fights back. She scratches and pinches and fights just like a catty girl. She does her fair share of teasing and is quite the stinker sometimes. She is very coordinated and getting some muscles:) She is tender and loving but oh man, sooooo sassy! She has some serious attidude, but is very affectionate and tender as well. She knows what she wants and she is my little buddy. Although she is sassy, she is more mild than Grayson. He just can't keep his hands off anything and she is easier to take shopping and stuff. So glad I have her!!!
