I wanted to give him a trim... then I messed up. So I said hey Grayson you wanna look like Daddy? And he said 'YA!' Then when he was all rinsed off he felt his head with both hands and said 'you missed a spot.' Not even kidding.

Lunchtime

Mommy: "Grayson what do you want to drink?"
Grayson: "Orange juice"
Mommy: "Sorry honey we dont have any"
Grayson: "I will stay with Madison and you go to the store and get some"
Mommy: "??!??!??!!!"

9 month check-up

I took Madison to the doctor yesterday. Here are the stats...
22.3lbs 94th percentile
29 inches tall 97th percentile
annnd her head is average.
Oh and she's sprouting her 4th and 5th tooth at the same time! Poor girl. I sure love her.

The stupid doctor was trying to prescribe me stuff she didn't need and tell me she needed to get tested for anemia because that's what they do now at this age. Hi, my fat baby is a picture of health and I'm still breastfeeding. NO she does not have eczema she just has rough knees from crawling around, and NO she does not have a mouth infection, its just spit-up residue. And NO I'm not getting her a flu shot! Seems to me the doctor is feeling the effects of the recession and needs a little extra cash flow. Well he's not gettin it from the Wolfe family! So basically the doctor is billing my health insurance $95 for a doctor visit where the nurse weighed her and measured her... OH and put the figures in a computer. WOW. What a rip.

Happy Birthday ME!

Well here I am, a quarter of a centrury old. And I'm not even upset about it :) Hopefully my life is only a fourth over. With all the advances in medical technology I'm expecting to live to at least 100. That is, as long as Dan lives to be 109. My family and friends made my birthday very nice in absence of my hubby. Bri treated me to Sherlock Homes on Wednesday, my parents took me to the roof, Abby made me a 'better than sex' cake at our game night on Friday and we stayed up late acting like 17 yr olds. Then Jon and Kristen hosted a little get-together tonight and I ate MORE cake and sweet stuff. I am very blessed with good friends and such an awesome family. I guess the good thing about Dan being gone on my birthday is that we get to celebrate it again when he gets home! I took all these pictures with my phone and texted them to Dan to show him what he was missing. Not bad for a broken phone!

Little Buddies

Warning, there is a naked bum in this post... if you don't wanna see it don't scroll down! I love that my sweet babies are getting along so well. Madison is just bonkers over Grayson, and he's becoming more and more fond of her.

Madison is crawling all over the place, but she still 'got back'. She'll be going in for her 9 month check up soon, I'll be interested what her stats are!

This is a nightly routine. They both get a kick out of it.
